About Me
I’m Raushni Chopra, your licensed professional therapist and guide on the path to healing, growth and discovery. With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals like you navigate life's challenges and find inner peace.
Growing up in an Asian-Indian community, conversations around mental health were often absent, and seeking therapy carried a stigma. Resources were limited, and emotional struggles were frequently dismissed or minimized. As I entered adulthood, I began to explore the concept of trauma and came to understand that it isn’t limited to major, life-altering events. Trauma can also stem from the subtle, cumulative experiences—such as emotional neglect, enmeshment, abandonment, or abuse—that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I’ve come to see how our early relational experiences often echo into adulthood, influencing the way we connect, communicate, and form relationships. Recognizing this connection and beginning to process that pain has been deeply transformative for me.
It’s my hope to offer a supportive space where you feel seen and heard as you take steps toward your own healing. You don’t have to do it alone—I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
